Tara is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and past-president of the CT chapter. She is a certified Virtual Speaker and the host of the popular 1 THING YOU CAN DO RIGHT NOW health and wellness series.

When Tara is not working with clients, speaking to groups and writing, she enjoys kayaking with her daughter, rock climbing, and getting real sleep!
