Through my years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and my own journey with anxiety, I've seen firsthand how our animal companions can be powerful allies in our quest for mental health and emotional balance.

After your 90-minute Pet Medicine session you will walk away with plan on how you can improve the following areas of your life.
1. Being present: Fully engaging with your pet, free from distractions. Practice mindfulness techniques to enhance your awareness and connection during interactions with your animal companion.
2. Resting: Prioritizing sleep and relaxation, as pets do. Explore strategies to improve your sleep habits and create a restful environment, drawing inspiration from your pet's natural ability to unwind.
3. Playing: Embracing joy and fun in everyday activities. Discover new ways to incorporate playfulness into your routine, using your pet's natural enthusiasm as a guide.
4. Accepting yourself: Loving yourself unconditionally, as pets accept us. Work on self-compassion exercises and challenge negative self-talk, using your pet's non-judgmental nature as a model. We will also be reviewing your unique energetic blueprint based on your birthday, time and place.
5. Building connections: Creating a supportive community of pets and people. Develop skills to foster meaningful relationships and expand your social circle, including both human and animal connections.
6. Loving unconditionally: Practicing love without conditions or expectations. Explore the concept of unconditional love and how to apply it in your relationships, inspired by the pure affection pets offer.
