7-Day Pet-Powered Stress Management Program
To help you build resilience, strengthen your bond with your pet, and discover a more mindful way of living. Each day, you'll receive insights, exercises, and mindfulness practices that you can do with your pet. There is an Adults and Kids Edition of the program so families can practice together.
A Library of Resources
Explore a variety of pet-powered meditations, EFT (tapping) exercises, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools and somatic practices. These resources can be enjoyed solo or with your pet to reduce stress and increase resilience.
