Having Trouble Sleeping??
To say that we are living in a stressful time would be a gross understatement. Many of us are living in a state of constant fear and overwhelm; leading to racing minds and lost sleep.
I think that there is some comfort in the fact that we are not going through this alone, however the downside is that there are going to be a lot of sleep deprived (and cranky) people.
It doesn’t have to be that way though. We can decide to be in control of our health and make choices that not only improve our sleep during this time of uncertainty, but our overall well-being.
